This page is for anyone who plays 4 TO WAR and wants their account and data erased. You do not need the app installed to use it, and you do not need to reinstall it.

The fastest way: inside the app

If you still have the game, this takes one tap and happens immediately:

Open 4 TO WAR.
On the main menu, tap DELETE MY ACCOUNT & DATA.
Confirm. Your progress is erased from the phone and your account, score and items are removed from our server.

If you no longer have the app

Send us a deletion request and we will do it for you. Fill this in, tap the button, and your mail app will open with the details already written — just send it.

What gets deleted

Nothing is kept back. We never stored your actual phone number, so there is no phone number to delete — only the one-way scrambled fingerprint, which goes with the rest.

How long it takes

In-app deletion is immediate. An emailed request is completed within 30 days, and normally within a few days. We will reply to confirm when it is done. If a request arrives without enough detail to identify the account, we will write back and ask — we will not delete the wrong person's progress.

Anything we have to keep

Nothing. 4 TO WAR takes no payments, so there are no purchase or tax records tied to your account. Ordinary server backups roll over on their own within 30 days.
